Food Order Errors
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order, we we will come back to you to send you your corrected order.
Food Order Incomplete
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. We en Ekacosfoods take very serious our bussiness so we Will sent you the resto f your order as son as we can.
Food Dissatisfaction
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food.
Delivery Policy
Your order will be delivered by our dedicated team and follow any instructions indicated. We are taking all the necessary precautions when preparing your meals as well as during the delivery process. We wear masks and gloves and practice no contact delivery when requested.
We offer FREE local delivery to the surrounding areas and a minimum purchase order for delivery outside of the radius.
We encourage you to give a tip to our delivery personnel. Delivery tips are optional.
Weekly Meal Plans
We deliver orders on Sundays.
All orders made before Friday at noon will be delivered on Monday. If your order is made after Friday noon it will be delivered next Monday.
Family Meals
Daily delivery with a deadline of 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm are subject to our delivery availability and may be delivered the next day.
We offer free local delivery to the surrounding areas and a minimum purchase order for delivery outside of the radius.
