Our food is natural, without preservatives, cooked in a traditional way. We only use top quality ingredients for cooking.

The result is a meal like at home. All our dishes have low amounts of salt and fat to help you take care of your health. Follow us on @ekacosfoods and check out our news everyday.

Please let us know of any food allergies you have, and we will do our best to accommodate any allergies requests received. We are ServSafe certified and will handle food accordingly.

However, please keep in mind that we cook all the meals in the same kitchen and this facility prepares meals that contain ingredients such as nuts, shellfish, diary, soy and other allergens.

Ekacos Foods is not responsible for any illness that may occur due to a food allergy.

We offer FREE local delivery to the surrounding areas and a minimum purchase order for delivery outside of the radius.

Individual meals are recommended to enjoy the meal within 3 to 5 days after delivery.
Family size products please follow the instructions on the label.

For individual meal prep the menu changes every month. There will be 20 options to choose throughout the month for your weekly plan. Weekly specials will be updated too.

Please follow the instructions in the label of each product. For individual meal prep, Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes depending on preference.

Orders need to be placed by Friday at 11:59m.

Our menu of dishes is designed and updated by our team of dieticians-nutritionists in agreement with our chefs so that you always eat in a healthy, varied and balanced way. From time to time we update our menu according to the season.

Each tupper includes between 200 and 300 grams of food, with 250 grams being the most common.

From the moment the subscription is made, meals will start to be delivered. If the subscription is made before Friday at 12:00 noon, we will start delivering the menu prepared for the week on Sunday.
